Our LOVE day!

I hope you all had a GREAT Valentine's Day! It is nice to have a day to celebrate how much you love people and I love my family so much. It was a pretty uneventful day for us. But, it was nice to be able to spend time together and not have to worry about much else. So, here are some picture of our day...

We did a heart trail leading out of the kids bedroom into the living room where they had a little heart basket full of some treats.
Mckay had been waiting FOREVER (it seemed like to him) for this rubber Octopus. Thank you dollar store...that is where we got all their treats this year :)
My present from Craig was these YUMMY chocolate dipped strawberries he made me....ALL for me. hehe. They are my favorite.
I made the kids heart shaped pancakes and Craig made them some pink eggs :)
The Decor...Great grandma Howe bought them some cute balloons.
Mckay reading his Valentines from everyone. We sat down together and wrote each other Valentines. The kids though it was pretty fun opening valentines from everyone.
Ky's finished Valentines holder.
Their pouches with all their Valentines goodies in it. Mckay is really good at writing his own name now.
Every year we get sugar cookies from my Mom, so since we live so far away we didn't get any YET from her. So, we made our own and it was a HUGE mess, but the kids really loved it.
They DEFIANTLY are not as cute as my moms...I really suck at decorating sugar cookies :)
Craig made us a yummy Fettuccine Alfredo dinner. YUMMMM...it's his specialty, he makes the sauce from scratch and it is so good!

Today my kids BOTH have Diarrhea...and I think it is from sugar overload. hehe. But, hey there are only a couple days a year where they get to pig out on sweets, I TRIED to stop them but it did no good, they are pretty good at finding all the thing I hide :)

Ha ha, the diarrhea thing makes me laugh, because I did that to Sydney like a month ago! Oh well, kids are tuff. Looks like you guys had a great Valentines day!
So I have a question, have you ever taken a photography class outside of school? Would you suggest one? There are so many girls doing workshops and classes right now, I have almost signed up but can't decide if I want to or not. I am having fun just learning as I go, but it would be nice to have someone show me some good techniques, especially in photoshop :)
