You all have to try this recipe it is SOOOOO GOOD. My sis-in-law Sharlie made it and now I just HAVE to make it every week or day or something.
Molten Chocolate Surprise
4 squares Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate
½ cup butter
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup flour
12 Chips Ahoy chocolate chips cookies
½ cup thawed cool whip topping
Preheat oven to 425. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Beat whole eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and flour with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add to chocolate mixture, beating constantly until well blended.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper liners. Place 1 cookie, upside down, on bottom of each cup; cover evenly with batter.
Bake 8 minutes, or until cakes are firm around the edges but still soft in the centers. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully remove cakes from muffin pan. Invert onto dessert dishes; remove paper liners. Serve with whipped topping.
* Substitute: Try using Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies instead of chocolate chip cookies.

Sheila called my mom told her that she had to try this recipe. It looks so good! And it looks like you guys had a fun time with Kylin's birthday! I can't believe she's one!
I will have to make this some time for sure and hopefully it will pay this picture justice. You should be a food photogrpaher as well and they can pay you by letting you eat the food afterwards. Now that's my kind of job!
Megan you crack me up!
